Order and Delivery
Both Lazada and Shopee are using Ninjavan as delivery partner.
Ninjavan will deliver on working days, Monday to Saturday. There will be no delivery during Sunday and Public Holiday.
Delivery usually takes around 1-3 working days.
If you need to send your package immediately, you can contact us directly (91548811) and we will advise you accordingly (other alternative such as Grab Express, Lalamove, etc.).
Only damage item are eligible for Return/Refund.
Since we are using Lazada and Shopee for online platform. Return and refund will follow corresponding platform process.
If you buy directly, return and refund will be arranged via separate courier

We have “Get Well Soon”, “Love Gifts”, etc and also now we have series of Bible verses cards, Motivational cards and other uplifting message cards.
Yes, you can send your personal message to us and we will print your message and include it inside the card.
The gift will be crafted like the one posted online. In the unlikely event that we don’t have stock for the item, we will replace it with similar item/price.
Those stated assorted, like journals, cards, meaning the journals will be given randomly
